Q- Can I order more than one of each item, with a different name or photo on each one?

A- Yes you can you can either order one at a time by going back and re-ordering the next one, OR you can order multiples on your order form and add your special request in the comment box along with your order.

Q- What about Photo’s? If I send you my original will you return it? Can I send you an attachment with the digital photo image I’d like used? and what about Cropping a picture?

A- We return customers original pictures. If you’d like you can send us a digital image in the following formats .(jpeg .tiff  .bmp or .gif ) as attachments to an EMAIL- please make sure you reference your customer ID number with any correspondence that you send to us. ALSO we have been asked about origional Picture Size . For a digital image please try to keep it as small as possible while still maintaining a quality image. For Regualr photos we can use from 2 1/2 by 3/12 inch up to 5 by 7 inch pictures.  CROPPING of photo’s - we would rather you did not crop your own picture, if you would like it cropped please make a note to go along with your picture to describe what type of cropping you would like, we will do our best to comply, however some pictures look better a certain way on our products. we will give you as close to what you request as possible.

Q- How long does it take to get my order from the time I send it in?

A- We get most stock items out within 48 hours. Personalized items can take up to three extra weeks.
